Standardized Operating Procedures for Purchasers of Real Estate
Pursuant to Real Property Law §442-H
New York Real Estate Standard Operating Procedures
Pursuant to New York State law, NYCP Realty LLC is making this Standardized Operating Procedures available for all prospective homebuyers (“Prospective Buyers”) before receiving services from a NYCP Realty LLC agent. Hard copies of these Standardized Operating Procedures are available upon request.
1/ NYCP Realty LLC does not require Prospective Buyers to provide identification to work with a NYCP Realty LLC agent. However, another Real Estate Broker or seller may require Prospective Buyers to show proof of identification prior to showing the property or to attend an open house.

2/ NYCP Realty LLC does not require Prospective Buyers to sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement to work with a NYCP Realty LLC agent, however, a prospective buyer and NYCP Realty LLC agent may agree to sign exclusive buyer representation agreement.
3/ NYCP Realty LLC does not require Prospective Buyers to provide confirmation of a loan or mortgage pre-approval to work with a
NYCP Realty LLC agent; however, a seller or listing agent, may require proof of pre-approval, prior to attending a showing or open house or receiving an offer from the Prospective Buyer.
